We ship from Tbilisi to almost every country. Message us your country and we confirm the exact cost and the delivery time before you pay.

These are usual times, not guaranteed. Some styles are made to order; we tell you how long before you pay.
Dispatch schedule
International parcels go out once a week, every Wednesday; we tell you in chat which Wednesday your hat goes out. Elsewhere in Georgia we send your hat within 1–2 days of your order, and in Tbilisi we deliver within 1–2 hours. A hat made after your order goes out once it is finished (abroad, on the next Wednesday); we tell you when before you pay.
Returns
You can return an unused hat within 14 days of delivery. You pay the return shipping unless the hat arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one. We refund by the method you paid with.
